Meet Tara Tucker – Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Tara Tucker is a bold and visionary leader whose unwavering faith and passion for personal growth define her life and work. As the Founder of Her Authentic Voice™, a global, faith-based women’s empowerment brand, Tara inspires women and girls to release the pain of their past, own their stories, and boldly pursue their God-given purpose. She is also the CEO of Tucker Publishing House, LLC, which specializes in publishing inspirational books, and the founder of Jewels Ladies of Prayer Outreach, an intercessory prayer group.
A Transformational Publishing Coach and Developmental Editor, Tara is dedicated to helping faith-driven women embrace their freedom in Christ and confidently walk in their God-given purpose. She encourages women to ditch the guilt and shame, recognizing that nothing they’ve gone through is wasted with God. Her own journey—from overcoming childhood trauma to battling stage 3 breast cancer and surviving sepsis shock—exemplifies resilience and faith, embodying her belief that “your story is a blueprint for someone else’s breakthrough” (Revelation 12:11).
Tara’s impact extends far beyond publishing. She has been featured on IHeart Radio’s Monica Morgan Speaks show, Canvas Rebel, and The Michigan Chronicle. She mentors youth through programs such as The IMAGINE Mentoring Program of Michigan and The Citadel of Perpetual Learning, LLC, leading workshops like the Prepare & Publish Youth Writing Workshop.
Through her Journal Without Judgment™ books and workshops, Tara empowers faith-driven women to embrace their stories and publish books with purpose. A dedicated college student, certified coach, and member of Toastmasters International, Tara inspires others to grow, live authentically, and find joy in writing.

Meet Tyler Naim-enèt Watson – Chief Operating Officer
Tyler N. Watson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tucker Publishing House, proudly carrying on her mother’s legacy as a key leader in the company. A natural strategist, Tyler is known for her steady composure and ability to navigate complex challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her expertise in project management and customer relationship management allows her to seamlessly oversee the intricate details of the publishing process, delivering high-quality service to every client.
Since graduating high school, Tyler has worked alongside her mother, bringing a deep understanding of Tucker Publishing House’s mission and values. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for building connections, she plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and expanding the company’s reach. Tyler’s networking skills and dedication to excellence continue to drive new opportunities and solidify Tucker Publishing House’s reputation as a leader in self-publishing and white-label services.
Meet Valerie Anne – Executive Administrative Assistant
Valerie Anne is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy leader who brings structure and efficiency to Tucker Publishing House. With deep expertise in lead generation, Microsoft products, and operational systems, she ensures every aspect of business operations is aligned and optimized. Valerie Anne is an empowering Virtual Assistant and Executive Administrative Assistant with over three years of experience, specializing in supporting entrepreneurs by managing social media, email marketing, and essential administrative tasks.
Her dedication to creating efficient systems and providing tailored support has been transformative for faith-driven businesses, allowing clients to thrive without the constant burden of day-to-day tasks. Valerie’s approach is more than just about efficiency; it’s a mission grounded in service, purpose, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. By taking on the responsibilities that often overwhelm business owners, she enables them to focus on their core missions, building their visions while she handles the rest with precision and care. Working closely with the CEO, she ensures the back end of everything runs seamlessly.
Meet Janika Barman – Senior Graphic Designer
Janika Barman is a creative and dedicated graphic designer and BTech student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML). As a valued member of the Tucker Publishing House team, Janika collaborates closely with Coach Tara to design captivating book covers and engaging graphics, providing clients with impactful, tailored visuals.
Her dedication and ability to manage an increased workload have made her an asset to the team, allowing Tara to share the graphic design responsibilities with confidence. In addition to her work with Tucker Publishing, Janika freelances on Fiverr, where she brings a unique, data-driven edge to each project. Balancing her studies with her professional work, she continues to expand her expertise in both design and AIML, adding fresh perspectives to every project.
Meet Sherri Lee – Senior Editor
Sherri Lee, Senior Editor at Tucker Publishing House, LLC, joined the team in November 2021, bringing dedication, discipline, and a keen eye for detail to her work. An Army veteran and former medic, Sherri’s experience with the VA Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama, laid the foundation for her commitment to excellence and service.
Her editing career began in 2015 when she was inspired to launch Wynn Editing, LLC, after offering valuable feedback to a self-published author. Since then, Sherri has honed her skills and passion for helping authors refine their words and elevate their stories.
In 2021, Sherri reconnected with her long-time friend and sister in Christ, Tara, who invited her to join Tucker Publishing House. As Senior Editor, Sherri finds joy in bringing clarity and excellence to every manuscript she touches. When she’s not editing, Sherri enjoys crocheting, reading, and studying the Word of God, embodying her faith and passion for growth in all that she does.
Meet Judy Eve Lawrence-Lamb – Developmental Editor
Judy Eve Lawrence-Lamb is a dedicated developmental editor with Tucker Publishing House, LLC, bringing her sharp eye for words and discerning approach to sentence structure. A native of New York and long-time Virginia resident, Judy now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, surrounded by her loving family.
Her journey is one of resilience and triumph—surviving metastatic breast cancer, overcoming personal hardships, and pursuing her passion for writing and ministry. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s in English and an M.Div. from Norfolk Theological Seminary & College,
